The video projection stage design for Ellas Danzan Solas: They Dance Alone was commissioned for the 10th anniversary of the Minerva Tapia Dance Group at the Tijuana Cultural Center. Choreographed by Tapia, the work explores the emotional issues surrounding the women who are left behind when their sons, brothers, fathers, or lovers cross the border.  The video was filmed on location in Mexico.
